Every family vacation with our 4 children turned into a quest for new adventures, which is how we stumbled upon the world of Escape Rooms. Our inaugural challenge when our kids were between 6 and 10 years old was 'The Dungeon' in St. John's, NL, where we gloriously flunked, yet had a blast. Over time, our party of six leveled up, mastering escape artistry, and now, no matter where our travels take us, conquering an escape room is a must on our To-Do List.

Last year, one of my teens threw a curveball for their birthday wish: an escape room adventure with all of their friends. With the nearest one a 6-hour drive away in St. John's, that was a no-go. So, we got crafty and transformed our shed into a mini escape room. It was a hit! Soon, every one of my kids wanted to host their own escape room bash. And just like that, 'Know Exit Escape Room' sprang to life!

Our passion for escape rooms is something we're eager to spread throughout Gander and beyond. We craft immersive challenges tailored to various player styles, promoting teamwork and creativity in each room. Our goal is to offer our visitors an enthralling experience that cultivates camaraderie and laughter.

The road to open the permanent location had a few bumps but we are now open and ready to welcome players.
